What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is the natural, relaxed state of mind that our mind goes into every day at different times of the day. It is the state that we’re in right before we fall asleep and right as we wake up. This is why affirmation and prayer are best done at these times. Hypnosis is a balancing act between two brainwave states known as Alpha and Theta. Hypnosis is a state of heightened suggestibility and learning. Yogis and Shamans have been accessing the state of self-hypnosis for millennia for everything from healing to prophetic visions.
