What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is the natural, relaxed state of mind that our mind goes into every day at different times of the day. It is the state that we’re in right before we fall asleep and right as we wake up. This is why affirmation and prayer are best done at these times. Hypnosis is a balancing act between two brainwave states known as Alpha and Theta. Hypnosis is a state of heightened suggestibility and learning. Yogis and Shamans have been accessing the state of self-hypnosis for millennia for everything from healing to prophetic visions. The goal at Hypnawolf is to reclaim what was lost; the archaic knowledge for the modern era.
What will I feel in Hypnosis?
The Hypnotherapy experience varies from person to person. Some people go very deep and experience emotional release from the traumas that were locked away in their mind and body. Others experience a heightened sense of focus in which time seems to no longer exist. There are even those whose inner dialogue questions whether they are hypnotized or not.
